This year's event theme will focus on recognizing and overcoming bias in funding, hiring, and education as we work toward a more inclusive tech community. Our keynote speaker will be Ross Baird, Founder & President of Village Capital and author of "The Innovation Blind Spot: Why We Back the Wrong Ideas - and What to Do About It."

The PACT Foundation works to provide financial support to STEM-based community initiatives and to underrepresented groups in high-growth technology and life science entrepreneurship. Portions of the proceeds will go directly to local computer science education initiatives.
